firmware upgrade

Hello Guys,

I have ASG120 running on version 7.300 and stuck my my cpu utilization to 100%.
Everytime I upgrade the firmware to its lastest on always got an error failed.
I read some post like this but unable to find again. Please need you help.

    Barring a misconfiguration, make a backup (preferably, use one that you made before the 100% utilization problem started), and reload the unit from a  USB CDROM using the latest ISO... go here http://download.astaro.com/ASG/v7/hardware_appliance/iso/ssi-7.404-090707-1.iso to get it.  Restore your backup, and I'd bet things will be right with the world again.

    Also, if you have an older 120 (Original model) you may want to talk to your reseller about upgrading to a ASG120 Rev. 3 unit (these come with 1GB of RAM--and you gain an ethernet interface, these have 4)--there is special pricing for a hardware only upgrade.  If you have a Rev. 2 unit, you can purchase just the RAM upgrade from your reseller (do not buy generic RAM, it will void your maintenance agreement).  With the advent of 7.400, these units really do run much better with 1GB of RAM installed.

    Thanks for all the replies.
    Basically, ASG120 has only 3 services running namely http proxy,av and anti spyware.
    I tried to monitor the cpu utilization even at midnight time and it seems the cpu utilization freezes on 100%.
    Weird things is using the shell found out that the cpu reaches only around 30-60%.
    It seems some bugs inside verion 7.3
    Aside from reinstalling the OS is there another way how could I upgrade to its latest version using shell?
