firmware upgrade

Hello Guys,

I have ASG120 running on version 7.300 and stuck my my cpu utilization to 100%.
Everytime I upgrade the firmware to its lastest on always got an error failed.
I read some post like this but unable to find again. Please need you help.

    Unless you have an environment that needs a much larger device, your real problem is to find the misconfiguration that causes 100% utiliszation.

    In order to find where the problem is, try turning off the various features one at a time.  Try Intrusion Protection first... one of the classic errors is putting 'Any' in 'Local Networks' in IPS.

    Or, if you are comfortable at the command line, run top to see what process is causing the problem.
