VPN IPSec going down

Hello to all,

i'm a new user of the Astaro solution and i thank anyone who can help me.

I will tell you the scenario, where my Astaro is included.

Well, we have a Small Office, with a internet connection(ADSL techonology), 2 workstations, 1 ethernet printer, works months with no problems, but for the last 5 - 6 days, when we turn 1 workstation on, the VPN works OK, but when we turn both computers on, the VPN goes down, it is not a problem with hardware, the internet service provider says that the link is Ok. The Astaro made the VPN IPSec connection to our server.

Can anyone help us?

    That´s very weird because we have changed network cables, switchs and any other perifericals but it´s not working.
    There´s no conflict of IP addresses and I donw know what to do anymore.

    Ariel, please give the others here enough raw information to help you.  Show pictures of your 'Remote Gateway' definition and your 'IPsec Connection'.  Show us what is in the IPsec log when it's brought down by the second workstation.

    Hi Balfson, 

    We are currently using Wireshark to see if there´s something wrong with the machines because now we just discovered that if we turn one of them into the network, the Astaro drops.
    We get high ms on ping requests (aroung 1.5k+).
    We did a test plugging a notebook on the network and turned down the 2 other machines and it seems to work fine.
    There´s no virus in the machines, no spywares, no adwares, the windows is totally up to date (xp sp3) and there´s no malicious proccess running.
    We are really without any ideas and options, but we are currently working on them (Astaro and the two machines).

    For a better understading, we have a dell desktop that works as an Astaro server and two machines working under it with ADSL. The internet provider is stable and working fine too because we´ve already tested.

    Hello Balfson.
    Unfortunately we were out of time and we couldnt wait anymore longer for tests so we had to format the Astaro again and then restore one of the files we had archived.
    This solved the problem but the question is that we couldnt find what caused all that.
