ASG 120 System down!!! Argh!

For the first time I have had an ASG go down hard.

ASG 120 running v6 went down because of a power outage.

It will not bring up any interfaces at all other than loopback. 

I managed once to get an interface up, and copied over a backup storage.xml file. But confd was using 100% cpu. So I rebooted.

NOW, the backup xml file doesnt work anymore, I can't get the interface up again, AND my platinum support has yet to have gotten me any help. This is after 2.5 hours of waiting to hear from them. It is only 3PM here... 

Anyone ever seen something like this before?

    If the filesystem got hosed from the power outage, you may need to re-install from CD, and restore your backup.

    You'll need to contact your reseller to get a re-install CD for the appliance, and I believe you'll need a USB CDROM.

    I heard back from support, they asked me to try a USB config restore.

    We did that, everything looked like it worked, however still unable to reach the device.

    They are shipping us a replacement device for arrival tomorrrow, so I feel a bit better now. Thankfully we only had one user at that office today, so he just found another way to work.
