Can't Renew - Astaro won't help

Believe it or not, Astaro is not interested in helping a Home user, not even to give them more money! The website where I bought the version to begin with

Has not worked for over a week and my licence expires in 4 days. How I am supposed to renew?

Go to my.astaro.com. If you don't have an account on that site, create one. There you will be able to register for your FREE 10 user home license. If you need more users, need more concurrent connections, or are using it for business purposes, you need to contact a reseller and purchase a license. Otherwise, use the free 10 User License.
