Can't Renew - Astaro won't help

Believe it or not, Astaro is not interested in helping a Home user, not even to give them more money!  The website where I bought the version to begin with

Has not worked for over a week and my licence expires in 4 days.  How I am supposed to renew?

    Go to my.astaro.com.  If you don't have an account on that site, create one.  There you will be able to register for your FREE 10 user home license.  If you need more users, need more concurrent connections, or are using it for business purposes, you need to contact a reseller and purchase a license.  Otherwise, use the free 10 User License.

    How could I be running Astaro with all the subscription based features without having an account on My.Astaro? Thanks for the attempt BrucekConvergent, but I am guessing you are unaware that Astaro Home version spam, virus, intrusion detection, and Web Content filtering was purchased through https://www.leanshop.de/start/astaro/

    Anyway, just to follow-up with my own post, the real answer for those people who were paying for the subscription based features in Astaro prior to v7, there is NO need to pay the 59 Euros anymore to renew, the subscription based features are now free.

    Actually, I'm quite aware that they used to charge for the additional features for Home Users; I was merely stating that it is not necessary any more, and the free, full 10 user home license, with all subscriptions, can be had by going to my.astaro.com and creating an account.
