Nitpicking
1/. Dashboard - HTTP Proxy never has any value other than 0
2/. The executive report figures are little odd
The firewall has have downloaded approx 300mB using only just over 400 packets[:S][:S] unusually large packets or because Europe uses the "." as the delimiter it is approx 420,000 packets, still very large packets. Approx 70% of this comes from my ISPs mail server.
3/. Strange stats for the storage system if you have a large disk installed, I have -16,000 something days of storage left at current usage rates. LOL
Serious gripes.
1/. I get about 2 of these message a day
Content Filter Framework not running - restarted
2/. POP3 seems to go to sleep. I logon in the morning and leave my e-mail enabled to see what happens. Nothing downloaded, so I just save a function in the POP3 menu (no configuration changes) and bingo mail delivery starts. I need to do this 2 or 3 times a day depending on how busy the ASG has been. If lots of use, the action is required less. Some of the mail is over 2 days old when it eventually arrives, which in some cases makes it older than some of the responses to it I have already received and read.
Delivered 16 e-mails, blocked 40, but I can't find 40 blocked e-mails anywhere, this is according to the dashboard and the email security summary?
3/. IM/P2P summary and detail pages don't shown any values, yet the packet filter report shows traffic passing.
4/. my ASG is the top SPAM country and the TOP SPAM Sender/Relay in the Executive report.
General observations
When first installed the CPU usage was a lot higher than I expected, but then a new version, extra functions. We are talking about 10% load. I installed my v7 licence and CPU load immediately dropped and has gradually worked it way down to very low levels with memory running consistently around the 70% + or - 3%.
