How long does it take for Astaro to supply the key for Surf Protection v6? Its been over 2 days now, and still no key.

It depends on your reseller I believe, are you going through a reseller or through Astaro directly?

You might want to open a trouble ticket or send an email to Astaro, then. It shouldn't take more than a day.

Thought Astaro was pushing everything through the channel.

We're a reseller also - so you're going to find some more responsive than others. Find a reseller that works for you and stick with them.

I was emailed the license key right away, it was in the confirmation email. I was then able to apply it to my profile right away, although doing so didn't seem like it worked it actually did.
