For a while I was getting the daily executive report, the daily backup and intrusion messages in my email. All of a sudden I stopped getting these messages and backup files. I do not get them in my spam folder, junk email or any other folder in my email. I am using the latest version of the software with all updates to date of version 6.
I have checked and all of the email addresses are correct on where to send the messages to and the notify by email options are all checked in webadmin. I tried to send a manual backup file via web admin and I received nothing in my email and the message reported in webadmin stated that the message was send.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
