6.100 seems to have fixed a lot of

things. Spam filter is working, had to add fw-notify because after installing 6.1 it was suddenly classified as spam.

I will be watching and testing to see what else has been fixed.

    Hi,

    in the blocked email there should be some informations in the heads which should show up the reason for the block. Could you please post that informations?

    This tells you, why the email was detected as SPAM. You sent from a dynamic IP address through a SMTP relay which is listed and so might have been used by to broadcast SPAM in the past.

    Problem should not occure, if using another dynamic IP or a static IP. In this case the best would be to add the sender into the whitelist. I think there's no other way.

    Interesting result, I read that and thoughtit a bit strange. I had been using the same dynamic address for about 1.5 months. My ADSL network is on a UPS, but had to make some changes which I reversed out to see if V6.100 fixes my problem. So far it appears to be performing as it should in blocking traffic.
    Now I just have to workout what is adding "SPAM" to some of my incoming e-mail, I suspect it is Outlook, but I can't see why. e-mail from my ISP gets labelled SPAM, not by Astaro though.

    Some nice new items in 6.1

    It also fixed my HTTP proxy which wasn't working correctly.
    (Had munged settings somewhere, was looking at complete reinstall before this fixed it).
