ASL Bottleneck

If you use Virus Protection for Web and / or Mail try to use a fast CPU... The best recommendation for your Hardware is to use HCL:

Get an sc420 from dell(celey 2.54 ghz) and add a gig of ram and a 40 gig drive.  Throw in another nic and you've got room to grow.

If you want to build one yourself at least 1 ghz and 512 megs of ram and at least a 10 gig drive.  My current setup(with my tweaks) would handle your load just fine.
