From primary to backup interface

hi,

I have 1 primary (LAN) com.
Then backup is a dial up.

I understand that when it is seen that primary link is down, Astaro switch automaticaly to backup interface. Tho, dialup (=backup interface) does not start, is the init string needed?
So far I only put the phone number to call...
modem on the backup interface is a us robotics 56k?

    You also need to add an initstring. See the manual of your modem to find the correct string.

    So here is what I put as init string:
    at&l3&dt

    Here is what is in dial string:
    2345667

    Here is what is in reset string:
    at&z0

    I have also tried this:
    init string:
    at&l3&dt2345667

    dial string empty

    reset string:
    at&z0

    None of them are working. Tho while send these command with a hypertrm, it works !?!
