Has anyone used IPCOP. I am thinking of switching to it. My main concern is the virus scanning, spam filtering and content filtering. I know they have a unofficial add-on that uses clamav for virus scanning and spam assassin for pop3 spam filtering.
Which brings up another question. Why doesn't astaro use spam assassin with RBNL on the pop3 proxy like IPCOP does?
We are still getting bombarded with spam and because this is my home I don't have a mail server so I would like astaro to filter everything coming from POP3 but IT DOESN'T!!! ARGH
I know we don't have support but it is very frustrating when they (Astaro) don't even bother to answer. It only takes a few words.... "We are aware of the situation and doing everything in our power to rectify it" that is all we are asking for.
AND if you can fix the pop3 proxy and the spam.
I love Astaro don't get me wrong but if they would just acknowledge us.
