Intrusion Detection Not licenced ???

Hi !

I've just subscribe to a free Home User Licence.
I saw in a previous announce that every Home user licence registered between April 23 and September 30 will got Intrusion Detection.

This is my registration informations :

Registration Date (MM/DD/YYYY): 04/28/2004

Intrusion Protection: not licensed

I d'ont understand ...

Just log in at my.astaro.org with your account.
Click on your license and you will see that your license has been updated. Save this new updated to your Pc and load it to your ASL.

i just check out, and no, my licence was not updated. Intrusion Detection still OFF ... [:(]

I sent an email to them with this same problem. In less than 12 hours they not only fixed this problem by changing my license so that IPS is now ON, but they also generously added an extra day to my subscription for the hassle!! Excellent customer service!
