jsut sit back and wait it took them some time to answer my inquiry as well..IME(experience) this is a rocking product and i attribute the dealy to a huge amount of inquiries..[:)]  

I wrote pricing inquery to sales, and sent a message from http://www.astaro.com/contact/contact.php?lang=gb, on August 29, But No Informatin From Astao, too.

I'm waiting now, But will install new asl on September 19.
How I can do?

I want price list for normal ASL, protect 50 ip's, no virus-protection, and first 2 years license.
License fee will be paid by credit card (Amex).

Luckily, estimation came from the domestic agency.
But price which they presented was $2080 !!
It was very much surprised.
Is ASL price completely different in each country? 
  

Invariably software tariffs will cause a shift in price; although that's quite an eye-opener of a tariff! I have seen such disparities in hardware (good old protectionism, you know). Are you sure you're not forgetting some options that you asked for that he didn't figure into his quote??

If it is the tariffs, there's nothing Astaro can do about that...
  

In Japan, no tariffs charge on software license.
I think that local agency (forval Creative inc.) monopolies ASL license sales in Japan, and they use invalid exchange rate.
Probably, exchange rate they used was USD1 = JPY200, because the price they presented was JPY239000, but today's exchange rate is USD1 = JPY114.

finally, I am considering to purchase ASL licence from outside Japan.

Wow, what a price difference.  I did in fact speak with Astaro sales for you, they said that Japan was handled out of Germany, and the info was relayed to Germany.  I guess the next time one of my customers complains about the cost of Astaro, I'll suggest that they consider what it costs in Japan.
