"[ERR 010] Please restart Pattern Up2Date" ?!?!

I got this weird error message after an antivirus update that took place las night. The message notification was:

Can't start the Virus Scanner without the following files:

daily.avc
kernel.avc
krnunp.avc
krnmacro.avc
krnengn.avc
smart.avc
newexe.avc
script.avc
macro.avc
backdoor.avc
unpack.avc
extr-cab.avc
extract.avc
daily.avc
ca.avc
mail.avc
malware.avc
eicar.avc


So I restarted pattern up2date, it downloaded the files, then it said "installation check", then it failed with the same message above.

Any ideeas  [:S] ?

    I forgot to mention that I do have a valid license for the antivirus, i never had the problem before, and this is the list of the files being fetched by pattern up2date:

    Getting Pattern_Updates( avp.klb, avp.klb.1, avp.set, avp.set.1, avp.vnd.1, avp0303.avc, backdoor.avc.1, ca.avc.1, daily.avc, daily.avc.1, eicar.avc.1, extr-cab.avc.1, extract.avc.1, kernel.avc.1, krndos.avc, krnengn.avc.1, krnexe.avc, krnjava.avc, krnmacro.avc.1, krnunp.avc.1, macro.avc.1, mail.avc.1, malware.avc.1, newexe.avc.1, script.avc.1, smart.avc.1, trojan.avc, unpack.avc.1, up030314.avc
