How many computers do you have on your home network ?

What do you mean, not older than 3 years!!!

I have a 486/25 running Debian Linux that is my SSH tunnel server.  It does a nice job, thank you.  It could also run my DNS if I were so inclined.

I do plan on decommisioning this box if I can ever get my firewall to handle SSH tunnel endpoints.

ok, lets make it "not older that 10 years and regularly used".

I just didn't want people to count in their various non-used vintage PC parts.

Hmm, I don’t think of myself as a computer dude, but here what I have at my humble network at home:

1 x Windows XP P4 2.4 Ghz
1 x Windows 2000 Server Dual P3 750Mhz
2 x Windows XP 800Mhz
1 x RedHat 9 650Mhz
1 x Astaro Power Licence 650Mhz
1 x Silicon Graphics Dual MIPS O2 Workstation   

1. AMD XP 2000+ on Win2k, Games, Internet, IRC and so on..
2. Intel P3 500Mhz on Mandrake 9.1 Fileserver, Juke Box
3. Notebook Toshiba Satellite intel P4M 1,6 Ghz on Win XP Prof/Redhat 9.0, Work and Mobil
4. Intel P2 350 Mhz Firewall Appliance - Astaro 4.008
5. Intel P2 266 Mhz Redhat 9.0, Web Server, FTP Server

So there are 5 Computers on my Home Net... plus one C64 and three Floppy 1541 for Vintage Gaming Sessions ;-)))

Lololol.... and they say "computer geeks" are weird  
Imagine I first tried to have my serverrack in the bedroom since I thought having it in the livingroom would make me look weird  [:O]
And my gf keep telling me to "turn that [censored] off".... well there goes my uptime  

And I only have 6 ....
- P2 ASL-box
- P3 Debian Server (domain)
- P3 I Win2k Server (dc/dev)
- P2 Debian Server (dev)
- P4 laptop (ws)
- P2 laptop (ws)

...... imagine the "humming" from happynetmonkey's theme park  [:)]

btw... just a funny quote....beware WLAN and ultraslim laptops..... "responds to ping, but I cant find the damn thing"     

8 computers normally used.
and then theres allways some friend with a laptop. And a weekend now and then we have a LAN with about 10 people. This means I cannot make use of the home license of 10 IP´s max.
Specially not when taking into regard the planned garage computer and the IP phones that are gonna be connected by the end of this week, if everything goes as planned [:P]
Too bad I have no chance of paying the price for this software, it seems very very nice!

Current normal use:
3 servers
2 workstations
1 workstation and "house controller"
1 computer for expirments and testing stuff on
1 media computer

Planned and such.
1 laptop
1 garage computer
>= 1 IP phone
5-20 LAN computers

Why limit the home edition to any IP´s at all? No home user can afford the prices of the software. Of course, its your software, you decide, I just think its a shame, I cant make use of you nice software.
