invalid licence key

After getting a home licence key and filling this in the Webadmin, the message "Error: Invalid license length" appears.

please help me...

My licence number have five groups and when click in add button, an invalid license message appears.

you have a version 3 key and i guess version 2 installed...

Can I register ASL 2 as Home User License ?

with v2 you have no time limit, so you don't need to register.

Hi, I had the same problem when upgrading to Power Home User. It was caused by an invalid activation key, so i requested a new one. Now everything works just fine! - So you have to request a new activation key...

Well, seems like I've been mailing the wrong address. People, if you have problems with registrations, email support and they will help you, FAST!!!

Also note: if you have more than one username in the registration portal, your license might have been converted on one of them so it wont be converted anymore on the other.

You dont upgrade to Power User license. Thr Power user key is an ACTIVATION KEY not an UPGRADE KEY, so you should enter it in the Activate License field.
