which firmware version does your UTM has installed?

The RED15w is only configurable at firmware version 9.4.

If the version is older than 9.4xx-x you have to do an firmware update.

Thanks. I tried to upgrade the firmware to 9.40 manually by downloading the file here ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/ but sg135 didn't update after uploading the firmware.

which version do you have installed?

The updates are cumuilative.

So you have to install from your version to the next version and so on.

9.301 -> 9.302
9.302 -> 9.3xx
9.3xx -> 9.4xx

Maybe a reimage and recovery from your backup is the faster solution.

the first file you have to start with is this

ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.320002-321002.tgz.gpg

The first number is your installed version the next on your updated version.

The next on is

ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.321002-350012.tgz.gpg

And so on.

You can also upload multiple files before installing the updates.

By the way, how are the update check interval configured?
Or does the UTM has no direct access to the internet?

But I recommend to reimage your device.

I tried to install the first file but it says "Internal Server Error" upon uploading the file.

Update interval is every 15 minutes but says no up2date packages available. So I changed to manual and tried to manually upload the file but nothing is happening.
