UTM Home SafeSearch not working on Chrome Browser

The problem seems to stem from the QUIC protocol which evidently the UTM doesn't support yet.  I set firewall rules to reject udp packets with destinations ports of 80 (1:65535 → 80) and 443 (1:65535 → 443) and now it is working again.

Just as the article linked to by Alex describes.  If you were using the Proxy in Standard mode, you could add UDP 443 to 'Allowed Target Services' and process the traffic with the Proxy.
