[8.900][FEATURE] User portal does not work after Hotspot activation

Hi,

I have activated the "hotspot" feature with a test hostpot named "test" and the user portal is no more available as soon as I enable the hotspot feature.

The user portal works as soon as I delete the hotspot (with the hotspot service started).

    That is a bit tricky, as you used the Hotspot on the internal network. That means also your workstation needs to authenticate itself using the browser. Yet I assume you don't have a voucher yet. But if you disable the hotspot, you can't create a voucher.
    A catch 22.

    Now to create an exception that bypasses the hotspot for specific hosts, go to the Advanced tab in Hotspot and go to " Walled Garden" box, there add the interfaces over which you want to access the enduser portal.

    Does it work now?
