Hi I have a problem with the email manager, Im unable to release mail to release it it as false positive any any possible way even if we set up pop3 server on the UTM.
In the POP3 Quarantine, emails are not released the same way as the SMTP Quarantine. In the SMTP, the email is immediately sent to the mail server. In the POP3 Proxy, the email is released only when a properly-configured user with a properly-registered client connects to the external POP3 server.
You might have a misconfiguration in the POP3 Proxy or in the user's POP3 configuration in the User Portal. Please [Go Advanced] below and attach a picture of the 'POP3 Servers' box on the 'Advanced' tab of 'POP3'. Also, a picture of the 'Registered POP3 Accounts' box on the 'POP3 Accounts' tab of the User Portal for this user.
