Hi I have a problem with the email manager, Im unable to release mail to release it it as false positive any any possible way even if we set up pop3 server on the UTM.
Please stick to one issue per thread and provide everything you know about it. Saying "there is an issue with feature xyz, and reverting to ancient release a.b.c fixes it" is barely enough information for us to understand the issue so that we could work on a fix.

The POP3 Proxy only works with internal clients accessing an external POP3 server - the Proxy is not a mail server. When you say that you're unable to "Release and report as false positive," what do you see that makes you conclude that?

I conclude that because all the email that I want to release or release as false positive stay in the mail manager (POP3 Quarantine). And I know what is a proxy [:)] PS: All the client are internal [;)]
In the POP3 Quarantine, emails are not released the same way as the SMTP Quarantine. In the SMTP, the email is immediately sent to the mail server. In the POP3 Proxy, the email is released only when a properly-configured user with a properly-registered client connects to the external POP3 server.
You might have a misconfiguration in the POP3 Proxy or in the user's POP3 configuration in the User Portal. Please [Go Advanced] below and attach a picture of the 'POP3 Servers' box on the 'Advanced' tab of 'POP3'. Also, a picture of the 'Registered POP3 Accounts' box on the 'POP3 Accounts' tab of the User Portal for this user.
