[8.950][BUG] Kernel panic on ESX and KVM

After updating to the newest release my Astaro installation started to uncontrolled rebooting.

I could catch a glimpse on the console and saw a kernel panic. (I try at the moment to get a screenshot and a way to reproduce this controlled.)

Setup:
VM on ESXi 5.0u1 64 bit 
Astaro with 64bit kernel.

Update:
Made a new 32 Bit VM with 32 Bit Kernel and a fresh install -> Same Kernel Panic

Update 2:
I think this has not much to do with virtualization. More with ipv6......

    The upgrade makes my system go kernel panic at random. Once I updated my system rebooted for 20 times, not kidding, it rebooted due a kernel panic.

    Right now it is stable for about 2 min stable, before that it was stable for about 20 minutes.

    I haven't found out why, rebooting and using an older kernel does NOT solve the problem.

    Setup
    [LIST=1]
    • 1 Virtual Machine
    • 5 interface, 3 dynamic
    • 2048 MB Ram
    • 60 GB disk space
    [/LIST]

    I haven't tried to restore it. Neither did I try to install it and restore a backup. That might actually work.

    I refer to an other post that has the same issue but on ESXI.
