[8.940][BUG] ACC Device agent not running

Hi ,
about once an hour I get an e-mail advising that the ACC device Agent is not running. This is happening on both of my UTMs.

Will look into the logs shortly.

Hi,

just upgraded my home UTM an it's not visible in ACC anymore (shown as offline).


2012:04:27-08:59:56 fw-1 device-agent[7799]:   _AgentTermHandler -> 'Bad file descriptor' -> 'Modules::Monitoring::License'

The device agent is restarting all the time.

i have the same error in my utm virtual (vmware), the solution was upload new licence (asg220 original/virtual beta)...

Hello everybody,

I have just been migrated as doop from another post (https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/75/t/64427)

I think that the RAM usage is to high, have a look to the attachments, I answer to this one who think this is normal when activating lot of features, let me say that this is not, otherwise there's no sense to put in sell the Full Guard subscription for the UTM120, this usage is so high with no hosts crossing the UTM.
