[8.920][BUG] notification on reboot: "Snort not running"

I got the snort one when i restarted my 8.920.

If this only happens at boot time, i wouldn't worry about it. It may happen that the selfmon is starting faster than some other services. 

Can you two please tell me a little bit about your hardware confguration? I'd like to know what CPU/speed, amount of RAM and how the hard drive subsystem look like (SCSI, SATA, etc.).
I'd also like to know which features you are running on the ASG, so please add a screenshot of the dashboard too.

my configs are in my sig..however this is my hyper-v vm:
hyper-v 4 vcpu 3 gigs ram 3 hyper-v nics 16M/4M cable 5 users
Features Used: Web Security http dual scan(30 meg limit), ftp proxy dual scan limited to 30 megs, content filtering local database, ips limited to two cpus, Openvpn access for 4 users.

I am currently running v8.920 on a Compaq Evo D510 with a 1.6 GHz P4 CPU, 1.25 GB of PC133 RAM and a 40 GB IDE hard drive.
It is a 10 year old spare machine.

The machine is not actually being used as a router at the moment. It is just a test bed setup for me to play with the webadmin, so there is no traffic going through it.
The LAN interface is connected to my LAN, while the WAN interface is connected to the LAN side of an old SMC 4-port router that has its WAN interface connected to my LAN.
