[8.940][ANSWERED] Can't activate endpoint protection

When trying to activate Sophos the process times out, do you want to wait 30 more seconds. no EULA is displayed to accept etc.

I have confirmed DNS works ok since I saw it caused problems in another thread.

sss1-test.broker.sophos.com is an alias for sss1-eu-0001.broker.sophos.com.

sss1-eu-0001.broker.sophos.com has address 46.137.160.57

    It was worth a shot but no luck, I'll try rebooting and post the results.

    have you applied the patch provided in the main beta thread?

    That might help by removing once source of error.

    ... yes, that may be the case. You need to add Sophos LiveConnect (our predefined DNS object) to the list Skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets at Web Protection >> Web Filtering >> Advanced before deploying an endpoint.
