    Hi,

    I fixed it with this:

SSH to the UTM and go root.

    Go this directory:

    :/var/storage/chroot-smtp/etc/exim.conf.senderblacklist

    Fire this command:

    touch REF_SMTPGlobalProfile

(Above creates an emtp file, if you have blacklisted domains, you need to add them again!)

The SMTP starts working instantly [;)]

Yes, I did the same and it works. I've filed a support request also
Only problem now is that the file disappears occasionally

    Got a solution from support:
Even though running SMTP Proxy in profile mode, I had to put a domain-name (can be fake) in Email Protection->SMTP->Routing->Domains

    hi,

f you use SMTP profiles, and under the default/global SMTP profile there is no domain listed, please enter a non-existent domain here.
This should allow it to work properly again.

    Regards

    CF
