I've discovered today, that my smtp quarantine report haven't the "whitelist" links for each mail any more. The "release" link is already there.
Have I activate it in some settings? Where?
you should see the "Whitelist" link together with the "Release" link. This is not configurable. I'm afraid I couldn't reproduce your problem with Spam mails.
I would like to help you but therefore I need more information. Do you have anything in between the UTM and your/the recipients email server? What kind of mails are not showing the "Whitelist" button (the "Reason")? Have you had an up2date today/yesterday? What are your settings in the quarinte report settings? Could you maybe provide a screenshot of the settings in the three quarantine report tabs?
