[9.195][BUG] UTM no longer showing up in VPN-Configuration of SUM

1) Check your version.  I'm pretty sure 9.195 hasn't been released and it's 9.194-5.

2) Since you're comparing, you should specify what UTM version you last saw the configuration being present in the SUM and what version of SUM you're using since it may be UTM-side or SUM-side.

It is a v9.194-5 issue. A new version of sum beta 4.2 is due for release in March.

If this version of utm does to GA it will break a lot of support agreements or at least make support difficult.

Upated my UTM at home last week. Today i was back in the office and wanted to connect a machine at home. VPN was gone. On the UTM at work SUM deleted the VPN, the remote gateway, RSA pub key and network definition.

Then tried to connect the UTM at home from SUM. Worked, but only have few permissions to view some parts.

Then tried my SSL VPN client, didn't work either. User portal, access denied by policy.

Have to try if it still works from the local network if i'm at home again.

Same Here, After the update my VPM tunnels created with SUM were wiped clean. I ended up having to manually re-create them as I could not get SUM to work after that.

Thanks for your feedback regarding UTM 9.2 Beta. I'll try to reproduce the issue with the site-to-site VPN configuration in SUM and share my experience here.

In the meanwhile let me refer to another thread where i've told about the legacy mode in UTM 9.2 and the upcoming SUM 4.2.

I was able to reproduce the problem and filed a bug. We are working on a fix.

So, what would be the consequences if I Update a 9.1 to 9.2 without updating SUM to 4.2 first? Will it delete all existing VPN connections created with SUM as it did with the update to 9.194 without any warning? That would be very bad and close to a disaster for us.

Or was exactly this case fixed? Just leave the VPN connections as they where, but don't allow to do any changes to then (also bad, but better).
