[9.194.5][INFORMATION] Sum version not supported

Investigated both UTMs running v9.2b, both are missing tabs in webadmin. I restarted the one built with the latest ISO and now cannot connect to it, the screen stays blank with wheel spinning.
There are other features in SUM that are no longer supported eg reporting.

My SUM is functioning okay, the UTM running the latest 9.108 still has all tabs available.

thanks for your feedback regarding UTM 9.2 Beta. As you've already found out, we have introduced a "legacy mode" for the central management in the latest beta (9.194-5).

The legacy mode is a fallback mechanism, that should avoid version conflicts when using SUM with outdated UTMs, respectively using newer UTMs with outdated SUMs. In both cases the UTM appears in SUM and you can monitor the device as usual, but you are not able to make changes on the configuration.

In order to use the full configuration abilities of SUM with UTM 9.2 you should upgrade to SUM 4.2 as soon as it's available.

I have to disagree with you on what you can and can't do.
1/. you can't monitor a v9.194-5 UTM, you can see it
2/. you can access a v9.194-5 UTM, but the sub tabs are missing

To clarify the message there, for SUM 4.2 we will look to alleviate some of the technically unfeasible actions of using NEW SUM features and trying to always backport the compatibility of configuration operations to "old" UTM versions. 

From SUM 4.2 going forward, you should update your UTMs to the latest version for maximum SUM compatibility - such as configuration. Without updating UTM, you can still connect, monitor, and manage UTM devices of past versions like you always have. UTM's which need to be updated will get some increased visuals to assist you with identifying them easily.

after the last update I can now see all the lost features in the previous [9.194] release. I still get the fall back message, but can access the UTM.
