what you are referring to is the SPX password used to encrypt the mail if you configure a SPX template to use password type "Specified by sender". The sender has to place "[secure:]" (replace '' with your actual password) anywhere within the email subject. But still you have to set the header field "X-Sophos-SPX-Encrypt: yes" to signal the UTM that you want to use SPX.

Thank you for all the information. Apparently it was a wrong domain setting somewhere else that made SPX not work.
The header info was helpful also, will make a small thunderbird plugin to make life easy.
One odd thing either its my email server or something isn't working but the email you normally get as sender with a temp password to pass to receiver seems to not get sent but i will debug a little more the email server first. Keep you updated.
