[9.075][BUG] EndPoint Protection

Hi,
tried to deploy EP to a W8 PC, but received an error about url not 404, then when I tried to download the installer, not found on this server the webadmin disappeared. FF 19.0.2

The log is full of the above.

Probably to do with the error messages, the Sophos Live Connect is disabled.

    Hi Ian.

    On the beta and production servers there are multiple old registrations from your utm.  We have cleared those out.  Our servers also have some old endpoints of yours that connected in the past.  These will need to be re-registered, but I don't think you'll mind.

    I don't know why you cannot use the slider to turn EP off and then start again.  Instead lets do it from CC.

    Can you do the following:
    cc set epp status epp 0


    In the UI the whole Endpoint Protection should now be off.
    In the UI, turn it on and hit Apply.

    Does it now appear on in the UI?

    Is the log now showing correct connection or is it still failing?
    If it is failing, please post log.
    If successful, try the download link.


    NOTE: Please do NOT restore from any old backup that you may have.
