[9.065][BUG] Mail notifications *sometimes* include Antivirus check footer

I reproduced this scenario when i fill my data partition. Apparently when it is over 85%, any notification emails are checked by the antivirus, and are sent using the antivirus footer. If i reduce my disk, then notifications are not checked anymore. 
Will investigate in more details the smtp-debug and see the explanation for this. Could be a potential bug.

The data partition was not related at all with this[made no sense anyway]. The antivirus footer is added when using SMTP connection from IPv6. The SMTP connection is initiated either by IPv4 or by IPv6, and when IPv4 is used for sending the notifications, that's when you don't see the footer anymore. For these reasons a bug was created.

We are planning to release a fix for this issue in Version 9.109.

Why 9.109?! Sounds illogical.

The Mantis ID #24331 is now being worked on.

9.109 is our target version used for 9.10x where we don't know the x yet. It will not be in 9.100 because that is closed now except for critical issues.
