[9.065][BUG] High cpu load on http proxy reload

Hi, I have a single core with 2gb ram assigned to astaro in my vm. After upgrading to 9.065, the http proxy takes longer to reload and the server load gets extremely high when restarting proxy. This problem was not evident in previous versions.

Reloading proxy using /var/mdw/scripts/httpproxy restart yields the load shown in screenshot.

    actually it appears the OP has two vcpus because the http proxy is using nearly 100% but there's still over 50% idle..this suggests a second vcpu...maybe the http proxy isn't properly spawning a second thread then?
