[9.065][BUG] High cpu load on http proxy reload

Hi, I have a single core with 2gb ram assigned to astaro in my vm. After upgrading to 9.065, the http proxy takes longer to reload and the server load gets extremely high when restarting proxy. This problem was not evident in previous versions.

Reloading proxy using /var/mdw/scripts/httpproxy restart yields the load shown in screenshot.

Hi Bill,

I can confirm to you this is a problem. I reproduced this on my machine and the restart of httpproxy took like 20 secs (too long), and about 15secs with CPU above 90%.

actually it appears the OP has two vcpus because the http proxy is using nearly 100% but there's still over 50% idle..this suggests a second vcpu...maybe the http proxy isn't properly spawning a second thread then?
