[1.1][CLOSED] Update Failed Windows 2003 Server

Anyone else having issues with Windows 2003 servers updating correctly and reporting to cloud product without issues? Product installed correctly report new install recognized in cloud mgmt console but update on the windows 2003 server failed

    Can you tell me which version of 2003 server you are using (service pack level, 32/64 bit)?

    Also, can you please check what the registry entries 'AppInit_DLLs' and 'wow6432node' under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows are set to?

    Can you send me the log file C:\windows\temp\Major_CustomAction.log? You can PM me for my email address, if necessary.
