Anyone else having issues with Windows 2003 servers updating correctly and reporting to cloud product without issues? Product installed correctly report new install recognized in cloud mgmt console but update on the windows 2003 server failed
Hi, if we can clarify it might be possible to hand this to the right team directly. Can you please elaborate what is not working? Are you referring to the update of the endpoint client itself?
Correct after I get the client installed when you view the client on the server it has a red X stating update fails even when I click update now still fails

Can you tell me which version of 2003 server you are using (service pack level, 32/64 bit)?
Also, can you please check what the registry entries 'AppInit_DLLs' and 'wow6432node' under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows are set to?
