[1.0][CLOSED] Server error 500 and 502

Just logged in but the dashboard never fully loads. After a few moments I originally received 'Server Error 502' and after refreshing received 'Server Error 500'

This occurred at 16:25 Thurs 12th

External IP is: 195.171.192.23

Logged out and back in and got the server error 502 again (see attached screenshot).

I am seeing regular 500 and 502 errors this evening between 7pm and 8:30pm. I'm on a Windows XP Home system behind a BT Homehub

I'm getting the 500 errors this evening around 21:00 UK time, on my Macbook. It was fine earlier in the evening, and fine again shortly afterwards, so I guess it's a fairly intermittent issue. At the same time as I was seeing the 500 errors the dashboard was also showing the Sophos Labs Global Activity graph window as empty apart from a message saying the feed was offline.

the error 500 issues are known and development is working intensively on a solution.

The consistently appearing 500 Errors, which were a problem in the initial beta release, should not occur anymore.
