[ANSWERED] Error 4 on install?

MotoMoto
Intel DG41MJ with 2.8GHz Dual Core
2 X512MB memory
WDC 160GB with no partitions
Dual Intel Nics


Cannot install this firmware
Minimum requirements are: Disksize = 64GB and Ram = 1GB, Error 4

I get error 2 if DVD connected

    Does your motherboard use shared graphics memory?  Check the amount of actual RAM available with memtest or another tool.

    Tested VirtualBox on Windows 7, Sophos Firewall OS beta 143:
    1008 MB RAM, installer fails, Error 4
    1009 MB RAM, installer proceeds

    Additionally (added in edit):
    The installer could be much clearer on the test(s) failed.
    Are the possible errors publicly documented?
