[ANSWERED] CLI Features

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone help me on this one?
I will guess that the CLI is taken from Cyberoam.
So I take it some of you people already know it plenty.

I have some things I want to do over CLI:
Make Objects like Networks or Hosts, and edit objects
Make Firewall Policies, and change them

Because in the past I have noticed one fatal flaw when it comes to point and click. I had to edit 500 Objects, to suit our new naming scheme. I was working on that for nearly two days, because of UI latency.

    It isn't clear yet if on-system manipulation will, or will not, be possible.

    The API has promise but may require more programming skills.  It is imaginable that command-line tools  may become available to facilitate some uses.  A supported mechanism with public documentation will be an improvement.

    The ASG and UTM have cc/confd-client.plx as well as a Perl Module - many of my forum posts relate to non-WebAdmin based manipulation of objects and configuration.
