snehagohil, This is with only Allow All enabled. All other features disabled. If I switch it off, suddenly everything is fine.

Have you tried turning off "Audio & Video File Scanning" under "System / System Services / Web Content Filter"? This fixed the problem for me. I found it earlier but forgot to mention. Now Netflix is nice and smooth.

I had the same problem. In my case, I created a specific network policy in the top of the list, only for my Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick hosts, deactivating any web filter restriction applied, and below are my main rules for the general devices.
I know that this rule is a little wide, but it was the only way I found to make Netflix work.
