WiFi Access Points

Hi

I've had a good look around the forum and can't seem to find an answer, so, is it possible to enable wifi access using external access points with Essential Edition?

    Hi Phil,

    If you are referring to the Astaro AP-10/30/50 series of WiFi AP's, you do need a subscription to use them.

    "Off the Shelf" (DLink, Linkysys, etc) WiFi AP's are treated like any other regular network device so don't need any special licensing to use them, they just don't work with the Wireless Security feature of Astaro.
