SBS 2011 Remote Web Workplace

Hiya all,

Has anyone managed to get Astaro Web Application Filter working with SBS 2011?

I've managed to get the OWA portion of RWW working with Advanced Protection (skipping URL Hardening and Cookie Signing) and exclusions on various directories... but I haven't been able to get Shared Folders, Internal Website or Remote Desktop Connection working.

Anyone had any success?

I was going to ask the same question for SBS 2003 as I suspect the setup of the WAF will be almost the same.

How do you find SBS 2011? I have the option to upgrade via software assurance, but am stuggling to come to terms with the amount of ram it needs. I have read it ideally needs a minimum of 10GB [:O] which means new hardware to get it running.

What are the main differences from SBS 2003??

How do you find SBS 2011?
Through TechNet with the right subscription. I'm not sure if it's available yet via your Software Assurance download privilege. If you work via a Microsoft Partner, they might be able to get you a copy of the software for use via your SA.
