The home user license does include the Wireless Security feature, so yes you can.  You just need to find a reseller to purchase the AP from.

That's a partner who doesn't know what he's talking about. 
 
Some resellers won't sell add-ons to home users, as they don't make any money off of it through licensing. You will have to hunt around and try several before you find one who is willing to sell you an AP. There's a couple of threads from other Home license users who had to go through this.  There's a few resellers that hang out on these boards and one may post a reply offering to help you out.
 
There isn't an AP20, only AP10 and AP30. http://www.astaro.com/sites/default/files/Resources/datasheets/astaro-wireless-security-us.pdf . You should purchase the one that has the features you need that meets your budget. For a Home user, an AP10 should fit your needs.

I'm not a partner, but there are some on the board that may offer to help you out.  Give it a few hours and see if one of them responds to this thread.  There are also some resellers with web stores, where you can just purchase off their web site.  Google around and see what pops up.

The local partnet says that the Ap10 or 30 is linked to a VALID PAID astaro license. not valid with a home license....

I know that my home license has Wireless Security enabled and works just fine with an Astaro AP.  Your local partner is misinformed.

Like Scott, my home license is working with wireless security.  I have both AP10 and AP30 working with home license.

You most definately CAN use the AP with the home license. A lot of us on here do.

Also, I am a reseller, and we would sell to a home user. However you aren't in Canada so we can't [:)]
