How can i rescued the password's admin of astaro?

ive got an asg sitting here that i cant access via webadmin and have NO IDEA what the login for any of the accts is.  Options?

If it's an asg appliance with an lcd screen you can factory reset using the front lcd screen. Otherwise, if you don't know any of the logins your only option may be to re-install, if you know the root password you can connect a monitor and keyboard and login and change the admin password or factory reset the device.

You don't have to factory reset the box. You always can set new passwords even if you don't remember one of them.
