How can i rescued the password's admin of astaro?

Keep cool. There is always a way to get into the box. Do you have set the loginuser and root passwords? Maybe SSH enabled?

Well only show me, the windows login in the browser, when i write the user and password, the reponse is: the user or password is invalid. This count is administrator [:(]. How can i logged?

hummm Astaro news reports if they reach my mail, but I can not enter the configuration console via the web. And I did not change either the password or key management

Login at the console or via ssh and run:

cc
RAW
system_password_reset
Ctrl-C

The next time you try to login, you will be presented with a prompt to enter a new password, so do this immediately.  I believe this also deletes the passwords for loginuser and root, so having a recent configuration backup is a good idea.

If it's an asg appliance with an lcd screen you can factory reset using the front lcd screen. Otherwise, if you don't know any of the logins your only option may be to re-install, if you know the root password you can connect a monitor and keyboard and login and change the admin password or factory reset the device.

You don't have to factory reset the box. You always can set new passwords even if you don't remember one of them.
