[ANSWERED] Reports stay empty

Which reports?  Can you provide an example.

Reports > Applications > Web Risks & Usage - this works
Reports > Traffic Dashboards - this partially works..

These work for me, but like you many of my other user reports do not work...

I'm going to implement user based policies using the Sophos Transparent Auth Suite to do clientless SSO.  I'll report if this provides more reporting detail.

Are you able to see Logs in Log Viewer under Web Filter and Application Filter ?

1. Does Web Filter and Application filter Policy is applied on Policy Rules ?
2. Logging is On in Policy ?
3. Log Settings are available under system --> Configuration --> Log Settings . Please make sure that Logging is enable or not.
4. CLI command is there to see if on appliance Reporting is on or off. console> show on-appliance-reports

Web and Application Filter policy was not enabeld, set it to all allow now. Logging is enabeld in policy and under the logging section.

Is it mandatory to use Web and Application policy for logging to work?

Until now all my reports have been empty. Maybe I get sme traffic now.

Ok, after enabling Web and Application rule the reports start to work.
