[8.270][BUG][OPEN] Restore from 8.202 and ACC Object

Hi,

I restored from 8.202.
The ASG got connected to ACC but without Name and real IP.

In ACC it says "no name set" and ip is 1.1.1.1

I got:

acc3:/root # /var/mdw/scripts/accd restart

:: Restarting ACC core daemon:: Stopping ACC core daemon       failed

:: Starting ACC core daemon                                    done
