[8.173][BUG][OPEN] IPV6 IPs are in Capital letters

Please read a few lines above, section 4:
"4. A Recommendation for IPv6 Text Representation"

4.3 belongs to section 4


BTW: I totally agree that we should follow the RFC and print all IPv6 addresses in lowercase.
But there is no rush for it, because this is a recommendation.

Ok, I interpreted it a little bit wrong.

So please change it in the near future, because it will differ from everybody else.
